Step into PicassoΒ΄s World and Trace his Artistic Journey in Spain


2023 marks the 50th anniversary of the death of the Spanish artist, Pablo Ruiz Picasso. To commemorate his life's work, an extensive program of exhibitions, initiatives, and events is planned around the world. The ongoing exhibitions in Spain are Picasso: Untitled at La Casa Encendida through January 7, 2024, and Picasso: The Sacred and the Profane at the Thyssen-Bornemisza National Museum through January 14, 2024, both in Madrid; Picasso Sculptor. Matter and Body at the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum through January 14, 2024; MirΓ³-Picasso through February 25, 2024, at the Picasso Museum and the Joan MirΓ³ Foundation in Barcelona; The Echo of Picasso through March 3, 2024, at the Malaga Picasso Museum; and Picasso 1906. The Turning Point from November 15, 2023, to March 4, 2024, at the Reina SofΓ­a Art Center National Museum in Madrid.
